Third Beach - On Nature Of Confidence

Most of our daily interactions are based on socially accepted principles that are often superficial in value and questionable in benefit. Since childhood, we are programmed to react in certain ways to things that trigger our senses and excite our imagination.

With age, everything becomes obvious to us, there are no more mysteries left to solve, society has already solved it for us long ago. We step firmly on this earth knowing that our history books are written by honorable people who honestly recorded that which they witnessed. We daily base our confidence on things that we assume to be right, thinking and acting in ways that further proliferate the fallacies of our existence.

Only the brave few dare to venture outside socially accepted norms, only to stumble upon a world of countless questions that can only be answered personally by having a direct experience. They collect the precious breadcrumbs of wisdom entrusted to them over time into coherent stories of origin and connection that empower them to search even further and deeper into the nature of phenomena and our relation to it.

Their confidence is slowly strengthened by the inner intuition arising from having a constant dialog with their surroundings. Over time this becomes a diamond-like awareness, firmly rooted in deeper understanding.

At this stage, socially accepted norms are reduced to a minor nuisance, as one knows how to navigate within them without sacrificing self authenticity. Proudly bearing responsibility for all personal choices and decisions, one cuts the chord of dependency on social acceptance, entering the space of a lion-like presence.

The very essence of authentic confidence is deeply rooted within this state of being, continuously sustained by mindfulness and an unyielding desire to ask the right questions.

Within such a mind, all socially accepted programming comes to a crashing end, obliterating any traces of karmic responsibilities previously accumulated by poorly informed choices and decisions.

The sunrise of such a powerful individual is a spiritual celebration, creating waves and repercussions in all directions for countless generations to come.
